Member Card Tool

With the following software staff members can fill out your youth hostel member card. The program supports X-, Y offset for justification and a print test page function is included as well. Just download the zip file.

Email Reservation Confirmation Tool

The Email confirmation program makes it easy to answer e-Mail hotel reservations. Staff members just fill out some fields and the program writes the answer to the computers clipboard. It doesn't matter which Email program you use. You only paste the text from the clipboard. It supports the following languages: English, German and French and it takes care about plural and singular. So in many cases the software speeds administrative tasks.
