Call Center Application

The "CallBack" Application is a software we developed to track phone calls, technicians and status information in call centers. The program is used by the Schindler elevator and escalator company (www.schindler.com) in countries such as India, Slovenia, Morocco, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon. The first version we released in 2000. Gradually we improved the application by adding functionality according to the needs of the customers. While developing the product we focused on these main points: easy to install, easy to use and user friendly.

A translation suite is also included. The call center can translate each caption and all messages into their own languages. This program is available as multi user network version for bigger call centers. The statistics module helps to analyze the database and detect sick units. To create individual reports, selected data can be exported to Excel sheets.
